Welcome to our community sanctuary at Wild Roots Medicine. For our meditation sessions, please arrive 5–10 minutes early to silence or power off your devices and settle into the space. We are located in the heart of downtown Silverton at **401 N. Water St.**, right alongside Silver Creek.
**Preparation:** No prior experience is necessary. Please wear comfortable, layered clothing and come with an open, curious mind. To maintain a tranquil environment for all, we kindly ask that all cell phones be powered off or left in your vehicle.
**What to bring:** We provide mats and basic bolsters, but you are welcome to bring your own cushion, eye mask, or a light blanket to ensure your comfort.
**Parking:** Wild Roots has a small dedicated parking area and street parking is available along Water St. and nearby side streets. We look forward to practicing with you by the water.
